As the Technical Artist, I crafted all visual effects and shaders using ShaderGraph in Reality Composer Pro, including cloth, water, dome projection, and the dress UV light effect. I collaborated closely with the creative team and 3D artists to iterate on meshes, materials, and textures.
To achieve visuals as close as possible to the original concepts and styleframes, we employed techniques like shadow baking, SDF shapes to replace textures, billboard images for background vegetation, and heavy use of IBL lighting mixed with the real world environment lighting for realistic reflections.
Working alongside developers, I ensured assets were seamlessly integrated and optimized for smooth performance on the Apple Vision Pro.
