As a creative technologist, I contributed to building the system pipeline that enabled the tunnel's interactivity and visuals. My work included creating visual effects and shaders such as river particles, blooming flowers flipbook control, reactive fireflies, and flocking fish using steering behaviors, all dynamically responding to visitor movements as they crossed the tunnel.
TouchDesigner acted as the central media server, receiving data from multiple systems, including Kinect sensors for user positioning, Unity for interactive content, and Ableton Live for audio synchronization. It managed the visuals sent to the projectors covering the tunnel.
